We leave the space broom-clean. Your waste transfer note and VAT receipt arrive by email the same day — ready for landlords, solicitors, or your own records.

In most UK postcodes we can send a crew on the same day if you book before 11am. Larger properties may need a morning-and-afternoon split.
Yes — sofas, beds, wardrobes, white goods, cupboards, the lot. We dismantle on site if something won't fit through the door.
We can leave the property broom-clean and email you a time-stamped waste transfer note — most letting agents accept this for end-of-tenancy.
No, we can work with a keyholder, concierge or a photo of the items. Many probate clearances happen with a solicitor coordinating.
